Contact us. If you need more than 40 users, we will scope a plan that fits your team size.

How is billing structured?

Rp12.400.000 per month before tax, invoiced quarterly (Rp37.200.000 per quarter before tax). Annual billing saves 10%.

What happens if usage exceeds USD 300?

If monthly usage exceeds the included USD 300 credit, your company can choose to completely suspend further requests, or allow more requests and be charged for the overage.

What is Zero Data Retention (ZDR)?

With ZDR, your company data is not retained for model training. You get AI productivity with a clear data-handling posture.

Where is OneAI installed? Does our data stay with us?

Yes. OneAI is installed on your premises, so the platform, files, and usage data stay on your infrastructure. Hyperjump maintains the system. If you do not want to host it, we run OneAI on a dedicated isolated server for your company only, not shared with other customers.

What is included in the plan?

USD 300 in AI credits, one team training/orientation session, and monthly usage reports, plus centralized access to current models and admin controls.

Can you integrate with our internal systems or SSO?

Yes. Custom integrations (internal systems, dedicated SSO, and similar requirements) are scoped and priced separately after we understand your environment.

Why a ChatGPT seat is not the same product
